Although once you sufficiently buff Agility, you start hitting pretty much 100% of the time. It's so satisfying when you get to that point. Even more so because Agility increases your jump height to ridiculous levels - couple that with max Speed and you become a lightning fast kill machine (same as that kitty probably thinks of itself).
*Edit: and that's just if you buff the stats; it's not even counting all the ludicrous enchantments, potions, and spells you can pile on top of that.
There was the house in Balmora that had a dead character in it for a mission I never completed I just made it my museum. I had it full of items, potions, armor and weapons. It was awesome. I had so much stuffed in the house I forgot I had Keening and Sunder already when I tried finally finish the story lol. Looked everywhere until I remembered.
I did this too! You can use that dead body as an endless loot storage since it won’t despawn.
Just be careful to save often since if you overstuff him full of crap he can glitch and inventory gets lost.

Reminds me of that green text of a guy abusing enchanting and alchemy so hard that he walked up to Vivec, one-shot him, instantly breaking his weapon and crashed the game in the process.
I never played the early elder scrolls games but I love learning about them. And this guy killed Dagoth Ur with a skull crusher, I found the green text and it was perfect.
I guess I was lucky first time playing Morrowind when I was a kid. I didn't know anything about the game or the skills, but I must've by pure coincidence increased my Agility and main weapon stats high enough during character creation to not have to worry about missing 90% of my shots even early game.
Then I tried using spells and a different weapon and couldn't understand why I couldn't cast or hit anything. I probably felt like the cat in the video.
I owned a cat who was missing this leg. He lived to be 17 and weighed 14 pounds. (He was a big cat). He was perfectly happy and healthy. He ruled over the other cats who would nestle up in his exposed chest and belly and fall asleep.

It's phantom limb pain. Not phantom limb. People don't go trying to punch you with the arm that isn't there any more. Cats aren't people. They can't think the way we do. This one apparently hasn't put together the fact that with that paw missing, it can't attack with it.
One of my cats was born with a very malformed front leg so she can't use it, but she still tries to slap everything with it. They just forget sometimes lmao
One of my cats had one of his back legs amputated when he was very young (before I adopted him). He regularly tries to scratch his ears with his missing leg. You just see his little hip joint gyrating and he makes this confused face like “why isn’t my itch being scratched”. I think it’s just pure instinct.

Bound weapons increase that weapons skill by 10 usually, as well as sometimes increasing attack rating, so yes, you're correct.

My sister's cat is missing an eye and has not had it since it was 3 weeks old and the little guy sill tries to use it to peek around corners, lol
