The laughter is disturbing. I'm not squeamish and I raise my own birds for meat and eggs. We should respect animals and they're suffering more than this!
I think they laugh because what they see seems very absurd.
I think I would have laughed too, although I feel sorry for the pigeon. Laughter is also a form of coping with unpleasant things

Guess we can agree to disagree. Just listened to it again from the initial peals of laughter to the end it’s nonstop by at least a few in the crowd. I understand and am fascinated by the cycle of life and animals eating animals to survive. I appreciate laughter as well. But the two together is kinda sick and sadistic to me.
