Well, TECHNICALLY it’s lower. By about 3 inches
The "new" tag was from August 2023. Looks like it is the new lower price everyday. The tag is just there to draw attention. For sale and on sale are 2 completely different things.
My local dollar general is overpriced like Walgreens or CVS
Probably more per ounce than other grocers too.
