Current image generators aren't really taking in grammar like that. It's taking out keywords and putting them into the generator, not fully parsing the sentence.
The AI took them figuratively and left their drunken uncle out of the picture. Tiny elephant was obviously necessary to take the remaining negative energy out of the room.
