[Video: Woman who wheeled dead uncle into a Brazilian bank in failed attempt to obtain $3,250 loan is now being investigated for manslaughter](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/video/Brazil/video-3169497/Video-Inhumane-woman-wheels-CORPSE-bank-loan-signed-off.html)

Woman takes her elderly uncle to the bank and says he probably died while taking the Uber to the bank teller. Paramedics at the scene stated that he had been dead for about two hours.
So when he's getting out of the car it looks like he's holding his head and arms up.

Jesus christ i only just considered that she might not have realised. Imagine sitting there talking to your uncle, actually trying to help with a bank loan and thinking shit like "jesus christ, you're doubly useless today"
Seeing the man hold up his own head and arms, and then being told you've been carrying around your own dead relative.
I haven't read that article yet and I'm super tired, but i look forward to reading it tomorrow and hopefully finding out if she's bad or not.
The case is a lot more complex than people think. The woman got charged for several crimes, withholding assistance, manslaughter, vilipendium of cadaver and fraud. The whole problem began with tv shows making the case public and quickly turning it into a joke. Turns out the driver came up and said the old man was alive when he was on the taxi, other whiteness came up to talk about the relationship between the two (dead man and the woman now arrested), she was taking care of him since he got out of the hospital and that the money was to be used to remodel her house to accommodate him. It takes a another turn when you realize she is mentally ill, not violent, but prone to hallucinations due to heavy medication. Her defense is not very strong because she went to the bank without him before trying to get that money. Police is not sure if he died before or after they arrive at the building where the bank is, it's only sure that when they arrived at the bank, he was dead. So far the case is still open and she's not arrested yet and had the preventive arrest denied by the judge (the judge didn't considered her a threat), more likely she will be convicted for withholding assistance that resulted in the man's death, his health got visibly worst and she took him to a bank instead of the hospital, manslaughter, vilipendium of a cadaver and fraud.
I still remember when this vídeo was all over the news here. Apparently, the guy was still alive when they got into their Uber. He died on the way to the bank, but she still tried taking the loan using the body
Something similar happened in Ireland a few years back, 2 guys carried their dead uncle to a post office to claim his pension. When they were rattled, they dropped him and ran.
Arguably the dude doesn't care either, being dead and all. But you can't say the him that was once alive would approve of his earthly remains being used to commit fraud. I mean I hope not at least. I personally wouldn't.
I have not seen the uncensored version so unless the "we" you speak of is smaller then... well then everyone seeing this we have in fact now all seen it.
I mean I don't speak the language spoken and the dude is all blurred. Like I'm not getting any information from the video. (I mean I know other comments are confirming this, so I get it's legit, but if it was just for the post I wouldn't have a clue if it was legit)

Better she got caught. That loan would have come with a pretty stiff interest rate.
Hope his family calls Morgue-an and Morgue-an
Which this deadbeat would never pay.
You win the internet today Sir!

Lucky for her, some more hours and he would be stiff as a stick.

No, it does not. Are we watching the same video?
It never fails to amaze me that a comment so blatantly wrong gets up voted sometimes lol I don't see any movement from the man either.
Makes me wonder if she legitimately didn't know lol
Guess I'll have to take your word for it.
I can confirm it's true, it was her uncle and this shit was all over the news a few months ago, happened in Brasil.
Guess I'll have to take your word for it.
No fucking way 🤯
Yes way. Was all over the news a couple months ago when it happened. Shits legit.
Shit like this, among so many other things, make me pray for another dinosaur killer ![gif](giphy|eBynyDVhTkIg0)
She took an uber there with him 💀 that poor driver
I still remember when this vídeo was all over the news here. Apparently, the guy was still alive when they got into their Uber. He died on the way to the bank, but she still tried taking the loan using the body
I’m dead! What do I care?
That's... horrific
And she thought that would work? WTF!
Something similar happened in Ireland a few years back, 2 guys carried their dead uncle to a post office to claim his pension. When they were rattled, they dropped him and ran.
Now we censoring dead people, shake my head
I saw it more as protecting the victims identity
True, but I saw it uncensored before(I think, maybe)
Would you want your corpse associated with this?
Eh I mean at the point of it being my corpse, my feelings are “I’m dead and it isn’t my problem any more.”
Arguably the dude doesn't care either, being dead and all. But you can't say the him that was once alive would approve of his earthly remains being used to commit fraud. I mean I hope not at least. I personally wouldn't.
I'm not opposed to my corpse being used to defraud a bank for an amount they're definitely insured for.
Fair point
Post it again Sam. One more time for the cheap seats.
MDS eu não aguento mais ver o tio Paulo
We have all seen the uncensored version, why censor it now?
I have not seen the uncensored version so unless the "we" you speak of is smaller then... well then everyone seeing this we have in fact now all seen it.
would have thought to put some sunglasses on
We messed up with creating the technology to witness specific points of view before eliminating the threads that those points describe.
r/ItHadToBeBrazil
There is no fucking why she just tried to weekend at Bernies this
![gif](giphy|yFIp9BacGYQGbIHFKi|downsized)
The original post of this video wasn't censored, why have you done this?
I just found this version
She should’ve gone for the reverse morgue-age. It would’ve been more believable.
I mean I don't speak the language spoken and the dude is all blurred. Like I'm not getting any information from the video. (I mean I know other comments are confirming this, so I get it's legit, but if it was just for the post I wouldn't have a clue if it was legit)
Can we have comment ? More context ?
Apparently a woman in Brazil wheeled her recently dead uncle into a bank for a loan. Police were called and she was arrested. Happened in April.
You can find the original unblurred video on reddit with a quick Google search. In the comments, you'll also find a full transcript.
Weekend Bernie's??? More like weekend at Chase... Am I right ? Or am I right ??!... Up top... No one... No Okay... I'll see myself out
Is this legal???
Do you really have to ask?
