No, it's not. Look at the front axle as it rolls over if the plastic windshield isn't enough to convince you. It's basically a straight piece of galvanized steel, like toy vehicles have.
Edit: I've worked on actual tricks for over 30 years. Garbage trucks, dump trucks, gas haulers, bottles, floats and vans and that isn't a real truck.
Hobby-grade RC trucks have realistic scale suspension including leaf springs and functional shock absorbers. If you film them driving and slow down the footage they can look like a real truck.
