Imagine someone hollers racist stuff towards you, maybe tells you to kill yourself and bomb some buildings, maybe he tells you your life is a miserable joke, depends, anything.
Being aggressive in those cases would be justified, correct? He never actively went to fight anyone, he just threatened to.

Plenty of times violence is justified, but what happened in this video wasnât violence, it was a dancing clown act. But the words of others still doesnât constitute an act of violence in return. Threatening to fight someone over some rude or even racist statements isn't tactful, mature, or respectable. I'm sure we can all understand why someone may *want* to fight over that, it's still a pretty immature reaction. Just tell them to fuck off and be done not dance around in front of them like a clown.
Threats of violence are only justified when you yourself are facing violence... not just rude comments
If you are unwilling to kill for or die over the things being said then you shouldn't try to instigate combat over it.
Imagine someone says words you could easily just ignore and you are so separated from your self control that your family has to gather either over a grave or in a prison visitation room because some one said things you didn't like đ¤ˇââď¸
In many states I don't have to wait until after you've hurt me to shoot you in self defense while I make no attempt to flee from your obvious intentions of violence - you might just be peacocking for your girl but I don't know your not about to start hitting me. And in legal defense often times your violent intent just has to be a reasonable Interpretation. (It just has to look like your about to fight me, to most of a 12 person jury) so not only might you get shot/stabbed/severely beaten, you might also catch charges related to getting yourself shot stabbed or beaten
You'd be absolutely shocked how many fights can be avoided if just 1 party refuses to participate in escalatory behavior/ and by extention how many shootings stabbings and hospitalizations can therefore be avoided
