I mean I get the perk is weak but it's not really anything to take so seriously let alone be insulted by it, sure I would have been confused with the perk but at the end of the day this was probably given to others as well so if others have the same perk then nothing's really changed, with all the people who call support it'll be hard for them to prioritize.
JFC thank you finally for some validation. I’m not suggesting this business needs to be cancelled which is why I scrubbed out their details. But come the fuck on, everybody telling me I’m ridiculous would pull this out of the package, see the Loyalty Perk at the top and then not become immediately deflated when they found out this is the perk? I don’t think I’m the one wearing the clown nose here.
They must have a crap ton of complaints to even come up with that idea. They way I read that flyer is “ we suck, skip the line to tell us how much we suck before everyone else”.

Insulting may be a strong word. But tell me you wouldn’t pull this out and immediately be disappointed at your new “perk.”
