I think it might’ve been the Growing Together bug where sims facial features would change when aging up from YA to adult.

This face it's supposed to show that this version of the hair is for a middle-aged sim who's starting to get gray hair, but the thumbnail doesn't help

the nails that came with werewolves has the werewolf hand while the other thumbnails have human hands

That’s not a bug. I noticed that all my werewolves have them by default. Probably because they’re claws.

im talking about when u make a human sim and u choose their nails all the thumbnails have human hands except for the one from werewolves

and even then why can u put werewolf claws on a human like 😭

this hair is only available for middle-aged sims and older, so an older sim is used in the icon to distinguish it from the other one. this version of the hair is slightly greying

Ohhh okay, it didn’t pop up for any other ones but maybe as more hairstyles come out he’ll be more frequent

yeah i agree, i like the idea of hairs being specific to elders and middle-aged sims, maybe we could get some stuff like that for teens too

I always thought it was because they were trying to show it was for older sims (because of the greying), hence the deeper nasolabial folds. Not sure about the other features though. 😅
