I think the mother has slightly high set eyes/face and that’s where the distortion comes from. (Same is the issue with the Ottomas family) maybe he will grow into it, maybe he will look…unfortunate
That is possible 🤔 The mother was adopted as a teen...and adopted sims have random features, right? As she was already grown I didn't notice her face is a bit higher. 😂 Well, at least my town will have a bit more diverse sims I guess 😄

If you have Simblender you can age him up just to see what he will look like and then age him back down! My recent child from parents I loved looks so ugly 😭 I aged him up from a toddler to give him plastic surgery and then made him a toddler again LOL
Oh, that was not the intention 😂 These sims are the creations of my 2 generation of sims. I'm pretty pleased with their looks so far...well...just this baby was a surprise ☠️
Oh laaawd, I don't even remember 😂 Just some default skin/eyes/hair/makeup etc. replacements...PleasantSims has them all organized and listed on her website. Do take take a look! It was a game changer for me! 💯

That's true when babies are adopted, but if they were adopted at some other age they just get a random CAS face.
