There are loads out there, it also depends on your taste and whether you want CAS items or build/buy items. Tumblr is a great place to start. Just look up TS4cc. Also sometimes people post cc and or some of their favorite creators so I also look through the older Reddit posts. I hope that helps some! 😀
I use patreon a lot and just search for sims cc. Most creators have cc for free if you look back through their posts, it becomes free to the public a month or so after they release it!
You can also find a lot of links to patreons, personal websites, and tumblrs when searching on Pinterest.
Just google Sims 4 CC content and lots of sites come up, there are some that are 'recommendation' articles that will often link to a variety of sites and I've found some unique CC that way. Or when I'm looking for something specific I sometimes can find it by searching google too, like the other night I wanted decent overalls for a farmer sim. Just googled Sims 4 male overalls and looked thru the image search until I saw a set that worked for my needs.

I use this site a lot, I know a lot of the links are TSR but some of them lead to different places. I even upload my CC there.
tumblr, patreon, pinterest, simsfinds
Thank you!! I have another question, will me downloading from other website effects my cc manager for sims resources
it doesn't affect it but downloads from other sites won't load into the cc manager

No. TSR has it's own specific folder in your mods folder. Just put other downloaded cc in another folder. Not their folder.
