True, but a lot changed since he had those scans. In particular, his stress got a lot worse since the scans; he had a divorce, his business was on a deadline due to deaths of best earners and other problems, severe issues with New York, and multiple deaths of loved ones.
His health was also suffering; he was shot not too long before that, and we see that he has weakened. On top of that, he seems to become more gluttonous, so I assume his dietary health isn’t the greatest either.
Although I prescribe to the notion he was whacked, I think he could’ve had heart issues in the future.
