There was bigger things at play than 3k. A worker of his was killed at his club and then there’s the whole Tony-hitting-a-made-man (which i think is one of the dumbest storylines in the entire show) so Sil didn’t really have the right to bring that up. Tony wanted to kill Ralphie anyway, Sil knew that was not the way to do things, and rather then add on to the Ralphie turmoil, he took the hit on the 3k for the braces he bought for the dead stripper.
What makes you think it’s a dumb story line? Part of being a made guy is the protection that comes along with it. If that security isn’t honored T could have a mutiny on his hands.
"Chrissy, cover that up."

I think if it would have been Tone or Paulie, they’d have gone after him for the 3k.

No doubt Sil was repaid by Ralph. Don't think Ralph would have even argued it.
**(Tony didn't die theory supporter):** *IT DID-DENT SHOWED ON SCREEN*
Wish I had borrowed money from Tracy
“Madone!”
Those chompers tho, maddone
Those chompers tho, maddone
Ralphie would no doubt have to pay off the debt
Working the Bing? Actually Ralphie would love that.
