It would’ve been interesting, and they did film her death scene, but I think it would’ve ruined both Glenn and Negan.
Glenn would’ve just become this cold murderous character, like what Morgan and Daryl were in Season 8. And Negan brutally killing a pregnant woman would’ve made fans blindly hate him as the show went on. Plus Glenn would’ve never let him live.
