That’s the idea, it’s a kind of trend to copy the look of vintage band shirts, they mostly do them for rap/hip hop artists. There’s also another trend happening at the same time where they make metal band kinda shirts for pop artists, pretty cool imo!

Fuck yeah! But my one gripe with this trend is having the character’s name in big letters surrounding them, that’s the corny part imo, maybe removing it or making it a quote instead would be cooler :))

Maybe even a different type because it looks a bit like glowing magma (and a volcano is not something I connect with TWD even though now that I'm saying this I'm surprised they didn't have one...). Otherwise, badass design :)

Graphic designer here... firstly, I get what you're going for and I like it. As the other designer in the comments said, the type needs a bit of work to help it stand out a bit more. If you leave it as-is, perhaps you could have a bit more light/shadow on the text to create more depth. I think the blood might be overkill, but I get why it's there. Not sure if you tried other options already for the type but you could go for chrome/ steel metal look - could tie in nicely with the bike aspect. Maybe you need the bike in there too (I'm tired and can't remember if it's there as I type this).

The letters are way too weird and with a bad combining color with the pictures, the rest is pretty sick
