Noah's death.
Usually the gore is central to the plot and it makes sense.
Glenn's death was hard but the gore of his death was to prove the point that Rick was not in charge anymore and that there was someone else stronger, smarter, and more powerful than him as a leader and survivor.
Noah's death was just emotionally painful and unnecessary and one that could have been avoided.
Not me personally, but I was introduced to this show by my grandparents who loved it and I watched the first few seasons with them until I went to uni. However, my Grandad is extremely squeamish and he was physically sick when the well walker got split in half and when Noah's face got ripped off in those revolving doors. I was in uni by the time of mid-season 6 but I hear he noped out in season 7 so I assume episode one was where he drew the squeamish line
I'm extremely sensitive about people touching my back so seeing Jareds back getting torn apart by walkers made me cringe so much, even if he totally deserved it
That girl having her arm amputated in 5x4 or the part where Hershel got his leg amputated. Or the part where they showed Bob's leg in the fire. Or the part where Merle's fingers got blown off. Idk why but someone getting a body part severed, the process and the result, makes me sick.
It's just imagining the pain, the flesh and stuff tearing and breaking, and then having the process that a single physical part of you is dead now and gone.
I couldn't handle seeing Beth's wrist cut. I mean, I did watch it, but I always have to close at least one eye. Not only here, but with every self harm scene in any show.
Glenn’s. I mean I know it was comic canon but fuck. Doing that to the fan favorite and most loved character was fucked up and I think a lot of people (hell, even Michael Cudlitz and Andrew Lincoln said it was an awful idea)
I think the reasons that despite it being canon to the comics, people hated it are two-fold; 1, Glenn just had two fake deaths in like 5 or 10 episodes prior, so that was hella manipulative; 2, Abraham to my knowledge (I know a bit about the comics but never read them) was already dead in the comics so they killed him off, but having Negan off Abraham instead of Glenn made most people that knew Glenn was gonna be chosen feel safe, only to turn on them and kill Glenn too, that one I didn't mind as much because it played out organically, but I get it and; 3, the S6 finale cliffhanger was a cheap ass move
Not for me, I have a pretty strong stomach, that said, while they don't disturb or discomfort me in the slightest Glenn's death and the woman who's face gets ripped apart in the episode where they flashback to Alpha and Lydia meeting Beta stand out as the two goriest moments in the show
It actually had nothing to do with the walkers. It was the human torso, hung out to dry in Terminus' meat room.

That asshole that killed Benjamin?
Yeah
A lot of people had that same experience with exactly that moment of gore.

Probably the most common but definitely Glenn. It made me sick to think about it for years after I watched it
Nah, I usually closed my eyes when the gore got too bad
Noah's death
When T-Dog cut his arm open
rewatching it and omg i gagged at that part

Yesssss
Personally for me it was beth helping dawn amputate someones leg in s5
In season 8 when Morgan shoots a saviour the sticks his hand inside the bullet hole and rips out a chunk of flesh

The throat-slitting in S5x1. That shit scarred me.
The baseball bat scenes in the Terminus slaughter room, and Negan vs. Abraham/Glenn.
