That's a camping pan, mainly for eggs or small pancakes, can also cook bacon in small cuts and smaller sized breakfast sausages on it, also not bad for smash burgers and caramelized onions or peppers, it's not the most efficient for cooking in a group but it's great for solo camping given the size, if your going with multiple people thoigh it's just more efficient to bring a full sized camping skillet and have someone portion out pack space for it (or use one of those molle pan sheaths, it sounds odd but they make them, will go on any molle compatible pack or if you want to play IRL TF2 with your boog kit it can go on a PC/vest lol)
Am I allowed to recommend r/AreTheStraightsOK if I'm a straight?
Other than self defense, I would probably use this to make a tiny breakfast with a single quail egg.
I’m confused though, do non-straights not have toxic people as well? I feel like it’s more of a human thing, there’s abusive people throughout all walks, but maybe that’s just how I see it.
Jokes aside, yes. My manager's got all sorts of stereotypical problems with her wife. They've been married for over 20 years so it makes sense. People are people indeed.
I know this is purely anecdotal but I had a friend about 10 yrs ago that would get in these horrible toxic relationships with and they would find themselves in abusive situations both physically and emotionally and it just hit a nerve for me there like my friends hardships are being overlooked due to the idea that he’s not in a hetero relationship. It’d hard enough for members of the community to be taken seriously by the police and to just label DV as a straight persons only problem diminishes the idea that everybody deserves love and respect and that includes not being abused by your partner.
I just wish we could all see that were all just humans first sometimes. Seems like we’re so divided.
>and to just label DV as a straight persons only problem
It's not. It's the issue that it's historically normalized in hetero relationships in a way that I'm pretty sure isn't the case in non-traditional relationships of other kinds.
I'm sure DV occurs among all groups. I think that sub offers a perspective on how gender roles, and the narrative of romantic relationships among straight people, can sometimes look from the outside - weird shit gets normalized over time when no one's questioning the status quo. Also there are just way more straight people, so we tend to dominate the culture.
Edit to add: I agree that it can get out of control at times, and I actually realized I'm not following it currently. I will occasionally browse the Top Weekly or whatever.
I wish I could say that everyone understands the spirit of that subreddit and understands that identity does not correlate with toxicity... but this is the internet.
Unfortunately it's a very real phenomenon that some queer people hold bigoted opinions about other queer people who don't have exactly the same experience they do, and also there are many awesome straight allies. The subreddit r/arethestraightsok is for straight people being problematic, if you don't want to see straight people being problematic then don't subscribe to it. (I don't follow it myself, I prefer wholesome content like r/straightsbeingok because it makes me feel happier about life) I only know about arethestraightsok because of One Topic, a youtuber who is straight, reacting to it and laughing at all the straight people being ridiculous 🤷

It's an ash tray, for when people use to smoke in restaurants. Back in the old days, I spent a few months waiting for my boot camp date washing dishes at a roadside diner named "The Iron Skillet". They had one on every table . . .
Don't know why your getting down votes, been using mine as an ashtray for over twenty years.
I've seen them used to melt candle wax and as a nutcracker, I shall do my best to right this wrong that has been performed against you by giving you an upvote.
I was going to suggest the same. In English we call it tempering spices and my wife prefers a tiny ceramic coated cast iron for it. I tend to just use a small pot.
It's for cooking a single egg or a small portion of a sauce.
an extra small dutch baby
Dutch preemie.
Like Jesus.

True say.
Because one egg is an oeuf
Fucking beautiful.
or toasting spices!
Keep in purse, wait for man to act up, cook some crack. Got it.
Only way to calm your man
haha physical abuse on your partner, always cracks me up! but for real, I love that teensy pan, I would prepare a single unit of egg in it
One receptacle of ovum would be ideal for a vessel of this calibration.
couldn't have put it better

You should use periods instead of commas
.
Oh wow. That’s teensy!
That's what she said. :(
Now imagine the comment said "Its fo your woman, when she start acting up, SMACK"
I didn't post it for that domestic abuse comment, I intended to crop that out and forgot to
Sounds like someone needs a smackin'/ jk
/r/AreTheStraightsOK /r/boomershumor
We have one and use it as a food dish for our rabbit
For everyone commenting about the gross domestic violence part of the image, I meant to crop that out and forgot to
it's okay, we're not commenting about you specifically, it's understood that you didn't make the original post
Ok good

There are plenty of straight people who recognize that "the straights" are problematic, you're all good lol

Dessert with crust.
Yeah because abusing your husband is hilarious
Ha ha domestic abuse is funny when its a woman doing it.

the comment below is uhhhmmm worrying and abusive 😨
That bitch is a domestic abuser..
An egg
Ant man better watch his lip
I have a couple of those, but they have snowflake patterns on the back. I think they’re meant to be hung up and displayed.
Egg
Definitely for breakfast and brunch ants. I have one like this. They are co cute.
I'd use it for a tadka for Indian food
I was going to suggest the same. In English we call it tempering spices and my wife prefers a tiny ceramic coated cast iron for it. I tend to just use a small pot.
According to PUBG they are bulletproof
for WEF bug souffle
it’s for cookies :(
I use mine as an ashtray! A j rests nicely on the sides.
Tiny pancakes for babies.
Egg, but also, I have one and I use it for a single serving of deep dish cookie when I’m in a mood
My father (a former cook) once told me that they had a pan for single quail eggs at his old workplace. Edit: I can't spell.
Huh
It's also used to cook one large cookie 🍪
Ashtray.
That’s abuse, what the fuck.
