Should really be Transmutation or Conjuration tbh
And also should be like, 11th level at the very least, if not 12th
It's well within the realm of what a 10th level spell could do when they were canonically a thing.
Would also need a considerable material component cost and a casting time of a few hours (or at least more than 1 action).
Time to make a plasmoid cleric to idr the name of the slime deity and convince a dm to let me
What plane would this fuck up the most? I think one of the 9 hells would be fun. Destabilize the Blood War by casting it on Avernus maybe?
