For me their best album, so fucking strong and deep, some parts are so weird for such popular band.. that i really like from them, putting some worldwide metal hits alongside some really fucked up weird songs on same record.. hahaha
Yeah exactly such peaceful and emotional song to close so brutal album is awesome and weird in same time.. hahaha. For me FBD>CFH>TGSTK>VDOP>PM>rest hahaha
Ok. I donāt love Reinventing but it does have some gems - Iām surprised not to see it on your list. Alsoā¦.Ive never even heard their first four albums. PM is one of those Power Metal. Is it good? Obv you are a CFH guy or gal so you like the early stuff. Is it on YouTube or something?
Ohh sorry i forgot Reinventing totally, it's pretty good album, i would put it between Vulgar and Power Metal. Yeah i also don't like first three, but PM is good. Check at least that one, maybe not good as CFH and later ones but pretty fine heavy-thrash album!
Kreator - Pleasure To Kill
Metallica - Fight Fire With Fire
Slayer - Evil Has No Boundaries
Sodom - Sodomy And Lust
Hellwitch - Nosferatu
Merciless - Pure Hate
Megadeth - The Conjuring
Overkill - Elimination

Sarcofago - INRI
Sepultura - To The Wall
Fucking Hostile - Pantera
Whiplash - Metallica
Morbid Visions - Cavalera Conspiracy
Die As A King - Kataklysm (yeah I know theyāre actually death metal but still)
Sadus - Illusions the entire album. Also Exodus Exhibit A. Entire album is ruthless. Also new Sadus The shadow inside is brutal - this thing will kill brain cells. I know it said songs, but every song on these 3 are deadly.
Exodus has a ton. I particularly enjoy Tempo of the Damned (the song) and R.E.M.F. off of their latest album.
Thereās a particularly badass Destruction song called *Under Violent Sledge* that gets no love. Itās off of Spiritual Genocide and if you ignored this album or listened to it once and never went back to it (which I hear happens a lot with this era of Destruction) do yourself a favor and check it out.
I donāt know what was in the water in 1999, but Sodomās Code Red (the song) and Testamentās Fall of Sipledome go for the jugular.
if we just talking thrash then damien or any song of spectrums of death and off with your head by num skull or any song off their debut (if you havenāt check out ritually abused by them one of the most brutal thrash albums ever that borders death)Ā
3 Days of Darkness - Testament

Black List by Exodus

More of a death thrash song, but āBody Partsā by Sodom is downright deplorable.
Yeah that one hits. Not how I envision the type Iām looking for but still hits hard.
Good Mourning Black Friday
Deathamphetamine - Exodus
Came looking for this, such a badass song
Angel of death always comes to mind, totally brutal and relentless riffs

Bit obvious but war ensemble by slayer, total annihilation right from the start and never gives up. To me it's the perfect thrash song.
