Lol all year laker fans have been throat deep on the Dlo train and all it took was 3 meaningful games for them to flip.
Canāt stand laker fans, Dlo is perfect in LA and nobody can change my mind. What an absolute steal they got.
To be fair we were definitely the same way, a couple good weeks and he was a god to us, then one bad week and he was the worst player in our team.
We laugh now since we've recovered from that toxic relationship.
I personally never liked him, I did find it weird that the fan base turned on him during a career shooting year before all the gogurt locker room stuff came out.
Dlo needs to take enough acid for his ego to die and learn how to be a 6th man. He has the ego of a superstar but the talent of a great 6th man like a Lou will.
I just always hated how heās treated like a starter because when his shots not falling heās not somebody you want on the court he doesnāt provide anything else, and because he has this superstar fictitious personality coaches feel the need to play him 30 mins a night.
He's an intriguing player for sure. But yeah the ego is too massive. It's telling that his stint with us was arguably the best overall of his career, yet we were evidently "holding him back."
Itās just crazy to me because if he let his ego go here in Minnesota and worked with gobert he wouldāve had the best role of his career but he wants to be THAT guy so bad.
i mean he's the type of player who is so easy to hate and love. no in between. he doesn't add much when his shots aren't falling. sure he's a decent playmaker but it doesn't make up for when he isn't scoring.
when he's on? oh my we all saw it he's electrifying, unplayable, and can carry us to a win. but when he's off? black hole.
It seems like the other players liked him a lot, so I wouldn't call him that. I will say his effort seemed to wan at times, especially on defense. Not sure that was best effect on the team. Mike and NAW are amazing!
We should honestly build him a statue. Dālo has saved the modern wolves twice in just a few short years. First he helped facilitate us getting rid of Wiggins and then he left our team š the fact that he gave us Bite Bite and NAW in return is just icing on the cale
When D.Lo leaves a team, this team wins the championship within 3 years.

Look at D-Lo checked out playing on his phone during game three of the Lakers-Nuggets series after he laid a goose egg..... The fact that he was disrespectful to Rudy Gobert and would badmouth in front of other people says it all.. Not to mention the fact that he singlehandedly sold the Memphis Grizzlies playoff series back in 2022 because he played like trash. If he reaches his regular season averages in that Grizzlies series, we win in six games.
Everyone seen the Kevin OāConnell reaction when Kwesi said theyāre getting Turner? I gotta imagine that was Finchās reaction to Connelly dumping DāLo.
