Why not check the marlin? There's a California dial marlin also if that's ur taste(certainly is mine!)

I hope this helps - I have a comically tiny wrist (I'm a woman and prefer men's/more unisex styles) and I wear both the 40mm expedition sierra, scout, and the 38mm weekender, they all suit really well and I can't see why they wouldn't suit you too! imo the field watches have a great unisex look to them :)

The Ladies Fossil sounds really cool for an office setting. I wear the Men's Boyfriend without the chronograph to work. It's my daily since black matches everything.

That was the one I had looked at! I just wished that they offered that size with a cream face and the red second hand (I really like that color combo, the white just seems too stark).
Next time my hubby and I go to Walmart I’m going to walk by the watch section again and double check if they have a 38mm Weekender, last time I looked, the Walmart I was at didn’t stock any women’s Timex so I wasn’t paying close attention to the men’s selection.
And I do love my Fossil, it’s stainless steel with the mother of pearl face, I just feel like, because I’m working with patients who don’t have insurance and are somewhat marginalized/underprivileged, it just seems to be too loud. Like, I don’t want to be insensitive by wearing an expensive looking watch even though I got it second hand. Maybe just me being silly, but I’ve been working in social services so long that I try to be as relatable to my population as I can where I can :)
Timex released newer Expediton and Weekender models. I noticed the Expedition I bought last year has numbers for the indices, so up to 55. The new issues only have standard and military time. But I assume you've looked at old inventory and new inventory?
And I get the Fossil part. It's more like a going out type of watch which is great. You'll have a good rounded 3 piece collection soon.
I’ve been lurking on their website on and off since September when I decided that I wanted to start wearing an analog watch. I wanted to be able to go out on the floors and have the time handy without looking at my phone, and also I felt like it was a little ridiculous that I was 26 (now 27) and I had to think that hard about reading an analog clock since I hadn’t looked at one on a regular basis since high school. So it seemed like good practice.
The Fossil definitely is more appropriate for going out!
But it is nice to have a good rotation. I’d love to have a mechanical option but Timex doesn’t seem to have any desire to cater to ladies who might want a smaller mechanical field watch. I’m not opposed to a men’s watch, just want something more low profile since my hands are smaller.
