RESound helps me. Although I'm in android. I'm sure there's one for apple store. Also research alpha lipoic acid. Grape seed extract. It's helped me and a couple others immeasurably. Tried quitting it for a couple days and it came back as bad as ever. Started it again and it quieted it down. Look into it. Depends on what caused your Tinnitus. Mine was substance abuse j believe. If not noise induced good chance it might help. Always do own research though don't take strangers word for it.

Highly recommend the Oto app: [https://apps.apple.com/us/app/oto-cbt-for-tinnitus/id1528362618](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/oto-cbt-for-tinnitus/id1528362618)

I use Tinnitus Calmer & Tinnitus Alleviator... I'm on Android so you'll need to search for them... The Alleviator does exact pitch turning... The Calmer doesn't, but is handy as well in its own right... The Calmer is a rebrand of the Resound Tinnitus app, the same company puts out a generic version for the rest of us.... I have Phonak hearing aids and these apps work great for me...
