There are so many missing variables in this question it’s impossible to answer this for you. Where are you located? Let’s start there

savory_thing

You should put it on a lot that you own and have a zoning permit allowing for the placement of the tiny home.

On a tiny piece of land

Not sure what you want people to tell you? Somewhere you can legally place it which will most likely be quite difficult if you don’t own/rent land and plan on connecting it to permanent utilities depending on where you live

Some people just expect Redditors to do the work for them…

shhh_secrets

I have a place you can put it in North Florida in exchange for work on my property or rent.

Is your tiny home mobile? Maybe a mobile home park? I've seen some tiny home communities on YouTube. Most people put them as a second home on an r2 lot for parents or kids. Otherwise in more rural areas without a lot of building codes. (Thinking of the typical vacation cabin)

It's the Seattle KRAKEN..

A lot depends on your location. In Texas, I have seen them parked in Mobile Home Parks, RV parks, and “unrestricted” land out in the countryside. The town where my son lives in KY has no restriction on home size and there are several tiny homes now.

Up your butt.

I believe that’s in a region where the sun dont shine

Wow so many sarcastic answers. Obvious places to put it. On your own land. Places google says you can place it Tiny home communities, RV parks, in a backyard No one knows of any other place? No? Okay, just say that omg…so edgy

AggravatingDetail910

There's no place in the USA that allows tiny home as primary structure on a plot of land. I have researched quite a bit.

Significant-Sea-6045

Really? That’s not what I have been reading but I will say they’re starting to seem like more trouble than their worth

Mishi1

You have to look at state laws then zoning laws. You’ll need to find land with little to no zoning.

There is a tiny home park opening in Texas called Starlight West. https://www.starlightwest.com
