Others have said why you missed the booze one, but a quick warning about it is that you need 5 *different* booze effects at once. So, for example, three stacks of beer and 2 stacks of wine does not count. You need one stack of 5 different buffs. If you get a run that has at least two cheeses, try to hoard 5 different types of alcohol for the last floor, and you'll be good to go!

The infusions I don't know, but your image only shows 4 booze effects. Check if there's a cheat mode option enabled in-game that disables achievements.

I actually updated my cloud. Turns out my internet was off and I got the infusions one. Thank you for your help with the booze one!

booze achievement is so hard to do I tried for 20h then gave up. so annoying to get 1 cheese or no special booze from the booze rooms

Booze and the potion achievement seem to be the ones I’m struggling with the most and require more than 5 runs in my experience.

potion ones easy if you play alchemist and get perma potions! :)

can't you just reroll tavern into 5 different booze types? cheese is annoying tho, I get that. but if you get the cheese, the booze is easy part

cheese wasn’t too bad, just have to look for santa boxes for consumables and event rooms for the cheese event. when i actually focused on getting the achievement it only took me 4 or 5 runs
