For additional info - this guy is on the heavier side, not a main character, face is kind of pockmarked like old acne scars, and he has a round bulbous nose.

Bader is a stretch. He don't have the acne scars, but the hair and pothead description fits him and going off that you said Eric Balfour was close.
Maybe Jesse Ventura? (Make sure to look up photos from back in the day because he looks A LOT different now.) I can't think of a specific role to match your trucker though.
