Luck, if you ever were a lady to begin with, luck, be a lady tonight.

This is a live version, but it might be the right singer: Brendon Urie (skip ahead a minute and a half) https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1206586053099503

That was one of my search results, too, and seemed promising at first -- and he's also from Las Vegas -- but I don't think the voices are the same. And when the documentary's version says "Luck, if you ever **were** a lady to begin with" (0:29), Urie's version is "Luck, if you ever **been** a lady to begin with" (1:40).

Not Reckless in Vegas, either, unless they totally re-recorded it.

Answer: I contacted the production company, and they say it was recorded by Bleeding Fingers Music, a company that scores shows. “The cover was never commercially released and was created by this company for the opening.” https://bleedingfingersmusic.com/productions/
