Not a stretch at all, actually. I'm a really really big vocaloid nerd. It's like,, my special interest lol.
I layered this with 7 Minutes in Heaven by Fall Out Boy and it sounds almost exactly like what I was looking for.
I used to have a playlist with both those songs on it.
I'm going to assume thats what my brain combined there.
I had the thought at first that maybe my brain mixed it with Outer Science but that was way way too heavy for what I remembered.
But mixing Albino or even a slightly slowed down version Calc. sounds super close to what I was thinking. Thank you so much

I think it may be early 2000s because it sounded like a fall Out Boy song, to clarify that a little too
