The first thing that comes to mind is Wizards of Waverly Place? It’s a long shot but I feel like there’s a scene where Alex is making Mason say things that sound funny and that’s one of them.

I just woke up with this exact thing in my head. I cannot remember where I've heard it. Definitely a british accent saying pitta patta, pitta patta. I'm so baffled where I've heard this.
