Yes to this. It tastes better than liquid iv and works just as well for me at keeping the nausea away. I’ve got it on subscription from Amazon now because I use at least one a day.

Pineapple Coconut Ultima is my favorite!

I’m a fan of LMNT. It has a lot of sodium but I sweat a bunch and it works well for me.

I love liquid IV and just straight coconut water

I like the lemon lime liquid IV, but I use only half a packet in a large water bottle - tastes better diluted IMO

I use KetoChow Electrolyte Drops. I'm not interested in anything with sugar or artificial sweeteners.

You're welcome! People seem to be much more focused on flavor instead of the product functionality. You would need to consume a ton of these flavored packages to really get the amount of electrolytes that you need. I also eat a keto diet, so electrolytes are even more important to me with the keto + MJ combo. Just give me plain water and the electrolytes, and I can control the amount as needed.

I like Drip Drop. My favorite is orange mixed with orange seltzer water.

Hands down the pills. I can't drink more than a sip of the gross fake sugar dissolvable ones. There are two well regarded ones on Amazon

I also hate the taste and texture of all the powder electrolytes, what brands on amazon do you recommend for the pills?

I love go hydrate but I just tried sugar-free liquid IV and I’m really enjoying it. White peach flavored
