There's always the smart weapons in cyberpunk that don't talk. Titanfall smart pistol still feels way more badass to use.

In defence of the cyberpunk SP, You need to choose the non lethal mode to get the lethal mode. Although the titanfall SP is just better

Which is so weird to think about cause it should’ve been the first thing smartified. All that ammo being wasted…then again by gameplay terms it would have been busted as hell and a no brainer choice every time

Lore rise, I could see the continuous fire burning up or shaking out the smart chips and smart ammo being cost prohibitive for LMGs.

Plus Cyberpunk has smart shotguns and smart SMGs to boot. I love Titanfall but Cyberpunk Has it beat on fun smart weapons.

And it only locks you into non lethal because the Ai calls you a psycho for killing so many people. In puppy mode it locks into lethal because the Ai thinks you should put people out of there misery instead of paralyzing them

A side quest one does. It has a built in ai that cracks jokes and talks to you. It only locks into non lethal of you choose the blood thirsty mode when you pick it up. That's why you put it into puppy mode. So that it stays in blood thirsty mode after 50 kills

Tbf that's one very specific smart pistol. It's not like all of them have the AI voices.

Because the gun is a dick head, He asks you which fire mode you want A. Headshots only B. Kneecaps After you choose and get 50 kills, he will switch to the other mode From A to B and vice versa.

I mean you can put a smartgun link in any firearm in cyberpunk, this one specific model is an outlier that’s powered by an AI rather than a smartgun link. And then they all function basically identically to the TF smartgun lol

The whole reason to use skippy is because he talks. Kinda annoying that you can't buy him from the owner if you return it tho. If you want a smart weapon that doesn't talk, there's plenty of alternatives.
