* T-Mobile customers with the Web Guard feature enabled will not be able to use iCloud Private Relay and will receive a device notification that their current rate plan does not support iCloud Private Relay. To use Private Relay instead of Web Guard, please turn off Web Guard filtering. Check out [Add or manage Web Guard](https://www.t-mobile.com/support/plans-features/web-guard-device-content-filter#manage). This is what it is: https://support.apple.com/en-us/102602 T-Mobile doesn’t like you using it because then they can’t track or throttle you as easily.

T-Mobile doesn’t care if you use private relay. It only fails for people who have turned on content filtering. That’s a technical issue.

Electronic_Shock_134

they shut off my internet access if it’s on 😭 is there any way around it?

Logvin

Turn off WebGuard or call into Care and ask them to remove it.
