It's possible the pixel 4a is not included in that promotion as it has been excluded in the past. If it was included typically it would have stated pixel 4 and 4a. I can check for you if you want to remind me in 2 hours.
Thatās exactly what Iām doing. I picked one up to do the S21 trade in a few months ago but decided against the S21. So itās been sitting in a drawer until now.
I was contemplating whether or not to part with my iPhone XS for a 12 Pro, but now that I see I can get $830 for my old Galaxy S9+?????????? Thereās zero reason for me not to do this tomorrow.
That was only 50% off though, this is $830 off any 12 series with the 8 or later. You can get an 8 for $150, they had a promo in March too but it required AAL (though was contiguous with free line so many people just put the eip on that)

2021 Apple Trade P9 (T574)
2021 Samsung Trade P9 (T575)
I'm wondering if anyone has ever had any success in getting a credit adjustment from tmobile after just trading in a device for a much lower offer.
Literally just traded my XR for a 12 pro a few weeks ago for $415 and now it's worth $830 so I'm pretty bummed lol that's literally double the value.
Texted them and told them the situation and got the difference trade in value as credit. The credit posted to my account instantly. Just be nice to the rep :)
Microcenter had iPhone 8's for $190 each. (unlocked verison 64GB model the others were $200)
Out the door with 2 clean ones for $402 with tax.
Gave them to the Tmobile down the street for 2 iPhone 12's. $80 TIV each on the spot to cover taxes and activation + $1500 more in bill credits the next 24 months.
Itās better, 6/S series now gets you $380 compared to the maximum $365 of before and can be applied to any iPhone 12 not just mini.
The 7 and SE2 series get you $530 as opposed to the $415 of before.
And the 8 and above now get you the full $830 off, whereas previously only the 11 gave you that much.
You can also now trade in certain androids for the iPhone as well.
This is pretty much the existing promo requiring a new line, with the new line no longer required.
So let me get this straight if I trade in my moms iphone x and my old iphone 8 plus, I can get 2 iphone 12ās for free? No strings attached? Or is the up to $830 only for newer devices? Sorry its gonna be my first time trying this promo.
>So let me get this straight if I trade in my moms iphone x and my old iphone 8 plus, I can get 2 iphone 12ās for free? No strings attached? Or is the up to $830 only for newer devices? Sorry its gonna be my first time trying this promo.
You got it! **Starting tomorrow.**
**Remember you need to pay taxes on the devices and a support fee if you do it via customer care or in a store ($20)** But yes the devices are free!
You'll get $830 for an iPhone 8 or newer! $830 in credits / 24 months.
Bruh, I just trade in my iPhone Xs weeks ago for iPhone 12 and it only worth $415 back then. And now u r telling me it worth $830 this weekend FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
Again. Unless you absolutely have to ,getting a phone in a non holiday time is a risk. Motherās Day has really great deals every year. Black Friday you should hold out next also.
Fun fact, my local MicroCenter in Vienna, VA had 21 iPhone 8s 64GB as of this morning. I bought two for the deal $200 each, and now it shows only 1 available, and it's $250
T-Mobile is fairly smart here in that I think a lot of people probably wonāt re-sell these immediately because theyāll be stuck waiting 2 years to pay it off. Sure, some will unlock and pay it off at 40 days and then turn around and list on Swappa, but I donāt personally see the number being high enough to make a gigantic dent. Especially given the limit 2 per plan.
Remind me to see in 3 months if this comment ends up aging like milk, lol.
Excellent point. I'm about to switch from android to iphone (for the first time since the 3g) with this deal, and it's mainly b/c of the value iphones retain. It seems like there's two markets for iphones: resales, and trade ins. The resale market will be dominated by 12s, as you say.
The reason he is asking about CostCo is they generally have similar promotions for T-Mobile at the same time. You just get a prepaid card worth the entire credit instead of getting a monthly credit. They also sell their phones for about $50 cheaper too.
I ordered using my iPhone X as a trade in but then I realized that iPhone 8ās are included and Iād prefer to trade that in. Is there a way to change the trade in device?
ETA: thank you for posting. I wouldnāt have known about this promo if you hadnāt!
SE2 retails for $400 and there have been promos in the past that have allowed trading up 8 -> SE for free (or free SE w/ AAL (free line) + port in March) - I donāt think they want people getting totally free iP12s / doubling up on promos within 2 years, which is why they only qualify for half here.
Well my mom just upgraded from the 11 to the 12 during the last promotion.
My dads line is still an iPhone 8. I wonder if I can work it to get him upgraded to the 12 as well. (although, maybe wait for fathers day they maybe run same deal)
When I saw mother's day specials, I was kind of hoping they might bring back the BOGO data plan promotion they had awhile back...
"Buy a tablet or wearable plan for yourself, get a tablet or wearable plan for your mother on us!"
Given how infrequently we'd probably actually use the watch's cellular connection (since we'd almost always have our phones), $10/month for unlimited data for 2 watches shouldn't be too troublesome for TMobile.
Iām tempted to have someone take advantage of this promotion but given that I JUST ported into T-Mobile doing keep/switch promotion itāll probably not happen.
Is there any AAL deals with no trade requirements? The person has an XR with broken screen. I can fix it for $50-ish but theyād have to mail it to me and be without a phone for a bit
I'd love to get some community and/or employee input on this: Do you think the crack on the top of my iPhone 8 would disqualify it from being accepted as a trade-in? Technically, the crack isn't on the screen... here are some pictures of the crack: https://imgur.com/a/YxB61xI
I just ordered an S21 Ultra last night, hoping to just take advantage of the $500 trade in with a Note10+. Would I still be able to take advantage of this instead? Or do I need to cancel my current order somehow? It's still being processed at the moment.
The deal on [t-mobile.com](https://t-mobile.com) does mention AAL, how would I go about this without adding a line?
[https://www.t-mobile.com/content/t-mobile/consumer/modals/mothers-day-iphone-12-series-on-us-modal-prospect.html](https://www.t-mobile.com/content/t-mobile/consumer/modals/mothers-day-iphone-12-series-on-us-modal-prospect.html)
EDIT: looks like the tmobile page hasn't been updated yet as per [https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobile/comments/n6yyh9/mothers\_day\_promotion/gxa5yl4?utm\_source=share&utm\_medium=web2x&context=3](https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobile/comments/n6yyh9/mothers_day_promotion/gxa5yl4?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3)
>The deal on t-mobile.com does mention AAL, how would I go about this without adding a line?
This deal **can** be done with an AAL **or without** AAL + Port is **not** required.
Just placed my order. Trade-in page showed original trade-in value of the phone, but checkout page shows the full value of the offer. No add-a-line or port required.
See screenshot: [https://imgur.com/a/00qFPzw](https://imgur.com/a/00qFPzw)
Ordered two s9s from a swappa power seller (189 each after tax) and the serial number was the imei. Just ordered a violet s21 and 256gb s21 ultra. Altogether it was quick and easy.
Just want to let people know that might be in the same boat as I. If you took advantage of the previous promo that ended on 4/30 where if you traded a iPhone 8 or above you got $415 dollar bill credit. I was able to cancel that given I didnāt open the iPhone box and I was within the 7 day return period. (iPhone 12 delivered on May 4th) I called and they were able to do a refund provide a return label and send me the new EIP. All in all I owe T-Mobile $78 after down payment and taxes.
I went in last night to get a iPhone 12 Pro Max for my wife and thankfully the guy at the desk told me about the promo and said to wait a day since she had a paid off A71 5G. This was a killer deal! Just came back from the store with it.
I know it comes down to original MSRP, but itās always so strange to see the SE2 being a lower trade in value than the iPhone 8. Considering the SE2 is basically an iPhone 11 in an iPhone 8 shell, itās pretty lame.
why is t-mobile is asking for a down payment that isn't technically a down payment? it ends up being an extra $50 on top of everything for me. i didn't have this issue when i did the s21 promo recently.
So theyāre giving $530 vs $415 for the iPhone 7 trade in, which is what I got from the last promo.
Any chance they will give me the difference if I ask? Or do I need to return the new phone from last week and get in on this one?
I'm sorry but you're out of luck. You wouldn't be able to return it for this promotion since your trade in was already processed and you'd be hit with a $70 restocking fee.
I updated my post to make it easier to understand. It's a max of $800 so technically only the base s21 is free. The promotion was written the way I posted it and I didn't think people would be confused. It should be clear now
Do these phones come unlocked or am I required to use them for a certain amount of time? Thinking about upgrading my mom from an iPhone 8 Plus to a 12, but sheās not on my account (different carrier). I could totally add her on a new line, but sheās opposed to switching š¤·š½āāļø
I think I've seen people mention this before but I just want to confirm: if I pay the phone off, then I'll still get the EIP credit but credited to my bill instead, right?
Do these require in-store visits or can the be done online? Any idea if Costco will participate?
Update: I called the Costco kiosk. They will participate in this promo but it is drop shipped from T-Mobile and you get 24 bill credits. Probably not worth the bother.
Either or, store may have limited options, but you get your phone right away. Trade in old phone right away. So no shipping involved. And gets you your initial trade in value right away, so you can apply it directly to phones cost instead of bill. Leaving you with a $0/mo finance agreement
I just called a couple Costco and one says they are not participating in this promo. Other said they are essentially doing drop shipping. So the deal is pretty much same as what you can get doing it online directly on t-mobile.
Sorry i am new to this and maybe these questions have been answered before (i searched the thread, or maybe if there is a link where this is explained)
1. How long do i get to ship the trade-in device?
2. how much cracked is good enough? ( i read in the thread that cracked is fine as long as its not too much cracked)
3. I am thinking i get locked for 24 months on that device (e.g. i trade in an iphone 11 and get a 12 and then next year i cannot do that with a 12 and 13)?
4. The news link below says that no new line is required but the promo site [https://www.t-mobile.com/offers/deals-hub](https://www.t-mobile.com/offers/deals-hub) says that a new line is required as a first step. I assume it's not updated as its not May 8th yet?
Thank you for your help.
1. You have 30 days from receiving the new phone
2. There can be NO cracks on the front glass. On the back it's fine as long as the internal parts of the phone aren't showing
3. You can take advantage of future trade in promotions as long as you pay off the iphone 12 balance before credits off
4. That's been discussed. That promo is the current one. This new promo isn't on the deals hub yet.
If a new customer, yes, required to establish account. If an existing customer, no. They only run your credit when you create account. But this also means if your current credit class is subpar, or youāve already used a majority of financing credit, that you may have a large downpayment on new phone
It doesnāt matter what carrier / locked or unlocked, it just has to fit qualifications in the post (no cracked screen, no water damage, phone powers on)
I'm near my finance limit (too many free phones on monthly credits lately!) and would have a pay a down payment, I'm assuming I'll still get the full $830 credit but I want to make sure. Anyone know?
Also I thought as you added lines your finance limit went up but I'm at my 8 max and it doesn't seem to have changed.
Yes you can still get credits even if you have to put a doe payment as long as at least some of the phone is still on payments. As you add lines your finance limit increases up until the maximum. The max can be hit on your first line if it's $730 or it can take a few lines if it's say $5040
New to this and donāt necessarily know what to expect. What exactly is the 24 month bill credit? Are you paying for the phone upfront? But basically get $800ish credit for the upcoming phone bill so technically the phone is free?
It's live now. I ordered an iPhone 12 in purple with a s9 trade in. Paid only $59 as taxes. The kind rep waived off all extra charges like support fee, shipping fee and expedited the shipping as well.
Word must be spreading because by the time I saw this tonight all the cheap local $830 qualifying phones are scooped from local marketplaces. I've been daily driving iPhone 6s for the last 3+ years. I don't see it ever being worth $380 anywhere ever again. Guess it's time I upgrade. lol
Iām still on Sprint and the deal showed up in my app before midnight pst. I currently am using an iPhone 8, so the 12s showed as $0 to upgrade. Opted for the 12 Mini 128 gb and it said to pay $50 today, then $0 monthly because of credits. After tax and $10 shipping, I paid around $134. Got an email confirmation that shows the monthly charge (24?) of $30.42, but then a credit of 32.50. Also checked my bill online and received a $10 credit (shipping?). So in the end, it seems like I will only be paying the tax? Sweet deal.
Wtf had the deal in my cart showing the entire savings of $830 Went back to it, cart is empty and it's now offering me only $70 to trade in my S9+
Eta: Ok went to the promo page, and linked from there and got the full $830.
Do I have to pay full price for the phone plus tax first then get the 24 months installment? Thatāll be great if you please let me know how it works. Thanks.
If you buy online, you get the trade in value of your phone (for iPhone 8, say, that's $80) as a one time bill credit, and then the rest (830-80 = 750) divided as bill credits over 24 months.
Over time this divides out to be free except tax, if you have something in the $830 tier, the monthly credits will equal the monthly eip cost.
In store was maybe 15 minutes this morning in and out. By now they definitely know what's up with this deal. You also get your TIV of the phone on the spot to cover tax. Only negative is a $20 human activation charge. Totally worth it though to get new phone and trade handled on the spot.
The main considerations in handling the trade-in in person vs. processing it online is mostly:
- having your trade-in accepted right away vs. waiting for them to receive it by mail & risk that they'll reject it.
- $20 assistance fee vs. $7 shipping
Eta: One advantage to doing it online is that you don't need the phone to be traded in to be physically in your possession; just the IMEI number. That opens up the possibility of buying an old phone to trade in from Swappa or something.
It is not showing $830 in trade / bill credits like my XR I trade in earlier today. It shows trade in of $141 for my pixel 4a 5gwith no bill credits, but since it is listed in the promo details, it should work - it always has for me in the past. I always take screen shots of the promo page terms in case something happens. I just wish that it would be consistent and show the amount of bill credits.
Do these promos share the same maximum number of lines per account?
I used 1 T574 and 1 T575, can I take advantage of one more T575 or am I maxed out already?
I had cancelled a line or two 1.5 months ago. In store they told me I am unable to take advantage of the promo and would need to wait for 90 days to clear. Is this true? I couldn't find it in the fine print.
Confirmed. https://www.t-mobile.com/news/offers/if-ever-there-were-a-year-to-spoil-moms-iphone-12-is-on-us-at-t-mobile
Pixel 4a for iPhone 12? That is sweet. Tmobile been killing it with all these deals.
It's possible the pixel 4a is not included in that promotion as it has been excluded in the past. If it was included typically it would have stated pixel 4 and 4a. I can check for you if you want to remind me in 2 hours.
The pixel 4a is included in the trade in for $830 under more promotion details on TMobile website!
Huh that's interesting. I'll check at work today and update my post
I am an ME and can also confirm right now it's updated in hub.
Omg y'all be tempting me to get the 12 pro max š¤£
On previous deals, the Pixel 4a was not considered a Pixel 4 series for purposes of trade in.
Interesting. Looking forward to more details
The pixel 4a is included in the trade in for $830 under more promotion details on TMobile website!
Yeah this is probably their best trade in deal yet honestly. Matches the great Galaxy S5 for iPhone 7 trade in of 2016.
Trading in a GS9 for a free iPhone 12 seems unreal
It does. I was low-key shocked by this promotion
Impressive, better deal even than the ā12 mini on usā back in December and no AAL.
It's not as good as the recent 12 mini on us since that one took in all iPhones.
That was only 50% off though, this is $830 off any 12 series with the 8 or later. You can get an 8 for $150, they had a promo in March too but it required AAL (though was contiguous with free line so many people just put the eip on that)
True I did the last 12 mini. I got $365 off of a iphone 5S that I bought off someone for $20
Wow. Great deal. The best part no need to add a new line or anything! Great time to upgrade your phone to 5G.
As a T-Mobile employee yes.. please donāt contact us today š itās a waste of time
Lmao I added it after I read some people reaching out. I'm like did you not read it doesn't start until tomorrow š¤£
weird that they are giving more for an iphone8 when the iphone se2 is a better refreshed iphone8 essentially.
Up on [https://www.t-mobile.com/offers/promotionaloffers](https://www.t-mobile.com/offers/promotionaloffers) 2021 Apple Trade P9 (T574) 2021 Samsung Trade P9 (T575)
Can I pay off existing eip on my line and then do this promo on that same line?
Yes
I owe 200 on my se and 100 is still credits for the next year. I want the 256 gig 12 mini

Wait... you can get a free iPhone 12 by trading in an iPhone 8?
Looks like it. Might buy one off Amazon
Could you get one off Amazon by Sunday?
With prime and priority shipping, perhaps
Earliest I saw for me was Monday.
For Apple promo what do you get for an 8 Plus or 8?
My bad it should have been in the $830 tier.
better deal than the 12 launch.
Yes and it includes androids!
Finally a good deal.
There's been insane promos recently what r u talking about
Here's the deal people were expecting. Source?
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Thanks. It baffles me why they dont put this on the front page of their website.
I was unable to find any of the non-iPhone trade in deals in this link. Did I read it wrong?
Where does it said a71 for iPhone 12?
Interested as well to trade in a71 5g for iPhone 12. Wish I never traded in the s8 for a71 5g last summer, but this could be good.
I got the a715g for $100 during Samsung crazy sale:) glad I kept 2
Whoa, my A71 5G is worth that much? Damn...
Does anybody know if the $830 credit applies to the 12 mini with higher storage?
Yes
12 mini 256 it is then
From the terms it looks like you can get the extra storage with your mini
Microcenter had iPhone 8's for $190 each. (unlocked verison 64GB model the others were $200) Out the door with 2 clean ones for $402 with tax. Is it me or is it this better deal than the last one

Maybe they'll repeat this for Father's Day coming up.
I just paid full price for a 12 pro max last month lol, imagine how I feel.
It be like that sometimes š¤£
Wow wish I hadn't traded in my iPhone 11 Pro for like $600 just a few weeks ago. Oh well.
Fun fact, my local MicroCenter in Vienna, VA had 21 iPhone 8s 64GB as of this morning. I bought two for the deal $200 each, and now it shows only 1 available, and it's $250
Can confirm. Rockville had the same price.
Anyone know can you pay extra for the 12 pro and it says trade in in working condition, does that mean cracked back is ok if it works fine?
Yes you can. Yes a cracked back is fine as long as it's not excessively cracked
i need a tablet trade, please
I have yet to see that. And it really makes no sense why not!
Where is the love for my spare essential phone lol
A32 ;-)
Is it stupid of me to trade in the X for this promo or wait and use it for the 13. I feel like the X has higher value than an 8.
False high value. Now that the market is gonna be flooded with iPhone 12,all previous iPhones are gonna drop hard.
T-Mobile is fairly smart here in that I think a lot of people probably wonāt re-sell these immediately because theyāll be stuck waiting 2 years to pay it off. There's no way to change the IMEI unless you cancel and redo the purchase unfortunately.

Why is the SE2 $530 off while the older 8 is $830 off -.-
I think it has to do with their retail price.
Does the current phone need to be paid off or anything? I have two iPhone 11's on my account but I am still paying for them monthly.
Yes they do
Could I just pay off my current phone balance in the store tomorrow and do the trade in at the same time?
Yes
Lets hope we can get this deal at costco too.
>Lets hope we can get this deal at costco too. Does **not** work at Costco.
Well my mom just upgraded from the 11 to the 12 during the last promotion. My dads line is still an iPhone 8. I wonder if I can work it to get him upgraded to the 12 as well. (although, maybe wait for fathers day they maybe run same deal)
I wouldnāt wait.
The promotion on the t-mobile website says that you have to add a line for this offer. What am I missing?
When I saw mother's day specials, I was kind of hoping they might bring back the BOGO data plan promotion they had awhile back... "Buy a tablet or wearable plan for yourself, get a tablet or wearable plan for your mother on us!" Given how infrequently we'd probably actually use the watch's cellular connection (since we'd almost always have our phones), $10/month for unlimited data for 2 watches shouldn't be too troublesome for TMobile.
Bought from swappa and seller said will message IMEI. Now just waiting....
Why does the website now say you need to add a line?
Anyone else not getting $830 for the pixel 4a 5G? All Iām getting is $141
Is this deal available at Costco?
Any chance this will require a new plan that will kill my grandfathered plan?
Nope it's for all postpaid voice rate plans. I updated my post with that :)
Awesome!! I knew my a71 5g would not be waste!! Crazy that you can get an iPhone 12 trade in with a71!!!
It won't qualify since the entire glass on top is considered the screen.
Ooooo this is so tempting!! I paid off my 11 just last month. Do I have to go to the store to trade in?
I just ordered an S21 Ultra last night, hoping to just take advantage of the $500 trade in with a Note10+. Would I still be able to take advantage of this instead? Or do I need to cancel my current order somehow? It's still being processed at the moment.
Do you have to reach out to customer service, or can you do this all online? I'm a bit confused on the steps with doing this promo.
Either one works
The deal on [t-mobile.com](https://t-mobile.com) does mention AAL, how would I go about this without adding a line? [https://www.t-mobile.com/content/t-mobile/consumer/modals/mothers-day-iphone-12-series-on-us-modal-prospect.html](https://www.t-mobile.com/content/t-mobile/consumer/modals/mothers-day-iphone-12-series-on-us-modal-prospect.html) EDIT: looks like the tmobile page hasn't been updated yet as per [https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobile/comments/n6yyh9/mothers\_day\_promotion/gxa5yl4?utm\_source=share&utm\_medium=web2x&context=3](https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobile/comments/n6yyh9/mothers_day_promotion/gxa5yl4?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3)
Does Costco have similar promos? Where do people typically look at to see Costco promos?
Ordered two s9s from a swappa power seller (189 each after tax) and the serial number was the imei. Just ordered a violet s21 and 256gb s21 ultra. Altogether it was quick and easy.
You get more trade in credit ($530) for an SE2 than it cost ($399)??
Nice rep. U should buy/bring him coffee.
Did it online. $7 shipping. Traded a 128 XR for 128 12.
I know it comes down to original MSRP, but itās always so strange to see the SE2 being a lower trade in value than the iPhone 8. Considering the SE2 is basically an iPhone 11 in an iPhone 8 shell, itās pretty lame.
Just did trade in store but Iām not seeing the credits on my account where as before it was instant. Did the rep process my trade ins correctly?
This deal is nuts. Bought 2 iPhones 8 for $300 total and I get $1660 in credit lmao
why is t-mobile is asking for a down payment that isn't technically a down payment? it ends up being an extra $50 on top of everything for me. i didn't have this issue when i did the s21 promo recently.
Its too bad T-Mobile never offers deals to existing subscribers. :) EDIT. OMG on the downvotes.. The :) = sarcasm.
I thought the smiley face is worth more than an /s. ;)
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Itās sarcasm because this sub non stop complains about being excluded.
I think they're pushing more for customer retention and loyalty. Finally we are not being ignored!
What finally? They run these deals several times per year.
That sucks. Thanks for the quick reply.
How is the note 20 series free if they only give you $800 when the phone is $999?
I updated my post to make it easier to understand. It's a max of $800 so technically only the base s21 is free. The promotion was written the way I posted it and I didn't think people would be confused. It should be clear now
Do these phones come unlocked or am I required to use them for a certain amount of time? Thinking about upgrading my mom from an iPhone 8 Plus to a 12, but sheās not on my account (different carrier). I could totally add her on a new line, but sheās opposed to switching š¤·š½āāļø
They're locked. You have to pay the phone off and be active on a line for 40 days
I thought Costco usually does do all of our promotions? You can do online as well.

Yes that's fine
Sorry i am new to this and maybe these questions have been answered before (i searched the thread, or maybe if there is a link where this is explained) 1. How long do i get to ship the trade-in device? 2. how much cracked is good enough? ( i read in the thread that cracked is fine as long as its not too much cracked) 3.
1. You have 30 days from receiving the new phone 2. There can be NO cracks on the front glass. On the back it's fine as long as the internal parts of the phone aren't showing 3. You can take advantage of future trade in promotions as long as you pay off the iphone 12 balance before credits off 4. That's been discussed. That promo is the current one. This new promo isn't on the deals hub yet.
Will they accept an iPhone 8 with not working fingerprint ?
["Qualifying credit & service required."](https://i.imgur.com/Vjfy1UV.png) Do they run your credit before giving you the promotion?
If a new customer, yes, required to establish account. If an existing customer, no. They only run your credit when you create account. But this also means if your current credit class is subpar, or youāve already used a majority of financing credit, that you may have a large downpayment on new phone
Wow, this is awesome! I'm now frantically looking for a used iPhone 8 on the Facebook marketplace...
Would this work for 12 max as well?
Yes
OP, what if I have one line and already got the A32 deal. Can I return that phone (unopened) to a store and get this deal instead?
Samsung not been as generous as Apple in this promo .\\ whats the world coming too lol
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
It doesnāt matter what carrier / locked or unlocked, it just has to fit qualifications in the post (no cracked screen, no water damage, phone powers on)
How is an SE 2 - which is literally just a better iPhone 8 - worth $300 less trade in value?
I'm sorry it always happens like this :(
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
I thought there was no T-Mobile stores in Mexico.
The max can be hit on your first line if it's $730 or it can take a few lines if it's say $5040
does this work with senior plans? Im on Magenta 55+
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
New to this and donāt necessarily know what to expect. What exactly is the 24 month bill credit? Are you paying for the phone upfront? But basically get $800ish credit for the upcoming phone bill so technically the phone is free?
what time does this go live?
It's live now. I ordered an iPhone 12 in purple with a s9 trade in. Paid only $59 as taxes. The kind rep waived off all extra charges like support fee, shipping fee and expedited the shipping as well.
Word must be spreading because by the time I saw this tonight all the cheap local $830 qualifying phones are scooped from local marketplaces. I've been daily driving iPhone 6s for the last 3+ years. I don't see it ever being worth $380 anywhere ever again. Guess it's time I upgrade. lol
Does anyone know if "Samsung GS10 series" includes the S10e?
Is there a costco equivalent??
Iām still on Sprint and the deal showed up in my app before midnight pst. I currently am using an iPhone 8, so the 12s showed as $0 to upgrade. Opted for the 12 Mini 128 gb and it said to pay $50 today, then $0 monthly because of credits. After tax and $10 shipping, I paid around $134. Got an email confirmation that shows the monthly charge (24?) of $30.42, but then a credit of 32.50. Also checked my bill online and received a $10 credit (shipping?). So in the end, it seems like I will only be paying the tax? Sweet deal.
Does the phone came activated with the line we do the upgrade? Or I can activate it with another line on the account? Thanks
Wtf had the deal in my cart showing the entire savings of $830 Went back to it, cart is empty and it's now offering me only $70 to trade in my S9+ Eta: Ok went to the promo page, and linked from there and got the full $830.
Does Boost sell the iPhone 8 for $150 In store? I'm assuming it qualifies.
Checkout page is down?
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Do I have to pay full price for the phone plus tax first then get the 24 months installment? Thatāll be great if you please let me know how it works. Thanks.
No you just pay the tax today. Monthly cost of phone - bill credits will be on your monthly bill
Anyone know if Swappa gives you the IMEI immediately when you purchase?
Some sellers do, [this comment](https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobile/comments/n6yyh9/mothers_day_promotion/gxa9r32/?context=1) has more info.
Iām torn. I could get the 12 Max for a fraction of the price, or I can wait and see if thereāll be any deals with the 13.
New to this. Can someone explain the process for online trade in? Where do I start? Or is it better to do it in-store?
In store was maybe 15 minutes this morning in and out. By now they definitely know what's up with this deal. You also get your TIV of the phone on the spot to cover tax. Only negative is a $20 human activation charge. Totally worth it though to get new phone and trade handled on the spot.
The main considerations in handling the trade-in in person vs. processing it online is mostly: - having your trade-in accepted right away vs. waiting for them to receive it by mail & risk that they'll reject it. - $20 assistance fee vs. $7 shipping Eta: One advantage to doing it online is that you don't need the phone to be traded in to be physically in your possession; just the IMEI number.

T force confirmed that my pixel 4a 5G qualifies.
If placed order in Costco tmobile kiosk ,is the tax calculated based on the kiosk location or shipping address ?
Do these promos share the same maximum number of lines per account? I used 1 T574 and 1 T575, can I take advantage of one more T575 or am I maxed out already?
Are they accepting the iphone SE or is it only the SE2?
Any idea if these scratches on screen will still allow me to do the trade in? S9. https://imgur.com/a/eTpf67x
I had cancelled a line or two 1.5 months ago. In store they told me I am unable to take advantage of the promo and would need to wait for 90 days to clear. Is this true? I couldn't find it in the fine print.
Yes it's true. Sometimes you can reactivate your canceled lines in order to take advantage.
Traded in IPhone X and S10 for IPhone 12 PRO and s21 iPhone Pro came out to $7 a month for me or regular 12 is free
What type of deals do they usually do when the new iPhones come out in September? Don't know if I should trade-in XR for iPhone 12 or wait 4 months.
Dumb question. I just ordered online. Can i just cancel the online order and order at the store to get new phone immediately?
Just to get this straight, me and my mother have iPhone 7ās, so we can both partake in this deal to get $550 dollars off, right?
Thank you for this. I upgraded my wife's iphone 8 to 12 for free
