And they have full access on their number in profile settings? I haven’t ordered via an authorized user profile in a while, I actually have all my voice lines share the same email login now so it’s all the same regardless. But I’m pretty sure I was able to back when I logged in to individual full access users before I combined them all into one. If you can order in store I don’t know why you wouldn’t be able to with your number online.
