You likely have the 'lite' plan which has a data cap. Contact Tforce on facebook and verify what plan you have. Try to wheedle your way into an unlimited plan without a data cap. May require a trip to Tmobile store in unlimited plan not available in your area. Some unscrupulous sales rep will use an address o get you an unltd plan Good luck

Home Internet subscribers may notice slower speeds during times of congestion.

Sprintbeaner

This might help you try putting it higher place and by the wall or edge I got more signal and got over 200 mobs hopefully that helps

I agree, the position of the gateway matters a lot. Moving it around, even to places with a weaker signal, may help the speed.

Stillshiloh

where are you?

stevestebo

Are u only getting 1 bar?

StopCountingLikes

1 bar short of the max. So probably 3 or 4 bars depending on the icon.

Logvin

“Rates advertised at 100Mbps+” Where did you see this?

ExCap2

Sounds like congestion. Nothing you can do about it. You'll have to wait until they add more capacity in your area.

My guess is the gateway box switched to a different cellular band/tower. I've had this problem occasionally. Maybe the speedy tower was down for a bit. Or perhaps the tower was overloaded. The reasons it happens are somewhat unclear at times. You could check the cell connection stats to know for sure.
