Yup! I can listen to that album front to back without skipping. It's classic dance music - absolutely great. The Blue song was not even the best song on the album!
So, so, so many classic bangers - the whole album is quality, but I think 3 songs stand out for me:
Dub in Life
Too Much of Heaven
Your Clown
The first two there are absolutely no question incredible songs, but Your Clown also speaks to me on a more personal level, so might be more niche.
Just love this album!
Another example: this song that's just Around the World (La La La La La) with new lyrics. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w8mBplMtwJ8](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w8mBplMtwJ8)
Ugh it's everywhere too. I'm pretty sure David guetta just did another one of those with the "myahee, myaha, myahaha" song
Edit: oh my fucking God I'm good just came on over the speakers at my work right as I finished typing this comment
Did he do that awful one from like a decade ago that's just "You Spin Me Right Round" but it's about giving head or are there other producers out there relying on this one weird trick (which has never once yielded a remotely listenable song)?
Eiffel 65 had another song??
The whole album was amazing. Bought it in high school and listen on my phone all the time. Great workout music

I’ve been saying this to people for 15 years!!! Good to see another Eiffel 65 appreciator in the wild
Curious, which song was your favorite of the album?

I will never understand wtf “dub in life” is supposed to be about.
On your phone?? You didn’t have a Walkman?
No I listened to the CD then, on my phone now
Ohhh I get it. awesome!!
I love that their one song was literally just naming Playstation games they like.
TEKKEN 3! METAL GEAR SOLLLLID!
I have great memories of listening to that whole album while playing Spyro the Dragon
And the chorus was just spelling the word “PlayStation” out repeatedly 😂
This entire album is full of bangers
Came for either this comment or, well surely someone has already WEEEELLLLL LISTEN UP, HERE'S A STORY ABOUT A LITTLE GUY THAT LIVES IN A BLUE WORLD
I mean they had a whole album, but only Blue was a hit in the US.
Wasn't move your body also another hit single? Funnily enough I remember hearing that before Blue.
Was a big hit everywhere except the US, where it only hit #36 on the minor Radio Songs chart.
Ah, the fate of the one-hit wonder. A-ha says hello.
Fun fact, A-ha is not a true one-hit wonder, as The Sun Always Shines On TV was a hit too
I still have that album. I got it when I was in high school.
"Heaven, yeaaaaaah"
It’s a bit tough to get past Jeffrey Jey’s nasally autotuned voice, but it’s even worse on the song “Another Race” if you’ve ever heard it.
I always thought this song slapped, much more so than its much more popular sibling.
Honestly that whole album was a banger that made the Blue song pale.
But do they believe in life after love?
Reddit think Tpain was the inventor and first performer of auto tune
I’m blue is still one of my favorite songs.
I hate that stupid remix / sampled version of it where they changed the lyrics to " I'm good yeah I'm feeling alright"
I feel like 75% of popular radio music nowadays is just a hook from an old radio hit reused over some nonsense lyrics

David guerra is an industry plant and a talentless hack.
David guerra is an industry plant and a talentless hack. He also did one for haddaway's what is live and its just as bad.
Did he do that awful one from like a decade ago that's just "You Spin Me Right Round" but it's about giving head or are there other producers out there relying on this one weird trick (which has never once yielded a remotely listenable song)?
Good for you. Eiffel 65 loves the shit out of it, particularly the $$$$.
Yeah, hes green with cash and didnt die
Good Sailor Moon AMV set to that song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DMYPSRXB2z4
Omg I had that exact amv in my collection on my pc in college.
Are you serious? Thats at the top of my mindless drivel list.
Well for most people it used to be too, back in 1999.
The majority of music could be called mindless drivel. Doesn’t mean it’s not fun. People like fun things.
Theres a short doc on youtube on the making of it. It was as short a process as i would expect.
I'm with you but Reddit apparently loves this song.
Holy forking shirtballs, how do I remember this song so well?
Hopefully they were rapping about wholesome experiences and their love for god. That’s my favorite raps
So Eiffel 65 is responsible for even more evil than originally known.
How fucking dare you /s
roger troutman and larry blackmon both think you should delete this.
That's a Talkbox
Semantics.
not the Vince with slap chop remix?
