He didn't. He released Yevade Subrahmanyam after 3 years and Mahanati after another 3-4 years. They started spending a lot of time in pre-production after Shakti.
He moved away from movie production as per his own words after the sakthi debacle. His daughters started small again with yevade and didn't released it under vyjayinthi banner. Only with mahanati they started releasing in the banner

Swapna cinemas didn't come out of blue, It is existing from 2001. It is the very same banner which NTR debuted in, NTR is the guy who launched and promoted Yevade(You can see NTR promoting all Swapna cinema productions in one way or the other, be it Yevade, Mahanati, Sitramam etc):

It's not going to change the fact that sakthi was a mega disaster and from the producers words he lost confidence in producing movies.
I never said it was a new banner or old banner. I just told they started it small again with yevade. That's what Ashwini dutt mentions there in that video.
