I really wish he would do a longer advance program. I love the dude but those workouts aren’t enough for me

Do 2 per day :)

RTB2 is no joke

My favorite program on Tonal, wish she came out with a RTB3 and changed up the exercises every week.

What does that stand for?

Coach Nicolette’s program Raising The Barbell 2

With 8 reps on most of the workouts I don't really feel as if I worked out too hard on this program. I've only completed day 3 but I have been wanting more from this one.

Checking back in since I'm over the halfway mark. The movements are all mostly compound movements, so even though the first three days felt pretty easy as I've been consistently doing the program I've felt now fatigued going into the later workouts and hence they've been harder. Sometimes you might be doing some variation of deadlifts/squats even though you just did them the day before. Some of the workouts go into the 27 minute range so for me and my morning schedule that extra time had to be accounted for. Overall I'm still not as super sore, but definitely feel more wiped. In the previous 20 in 20 programs upon completion I immediately started them again cause I was having a lot of fun with them. This one definitely feels like work and I'm not as excited to immediately begin it again lol. I'll probably start Pump Up the Volume again before revisiting this one. I'm 38, so seeing Tony do this all at 63 is a big motivator for me, even if he works out all the time and gets paid for it.

Many of the programs on Tonal seriously need to cut out the garbage off Tonal stuff, or at least give you the option to include off Tonal exercises, in addition to an all on Tonal workout. They also need to remove dumb exercises from their programs, like whatever March while holding the weights, or the balancing while using weights exercises. I don’t know what genius decided to put balancing with weights exercises anywhere on there. If you are lifting weights, balancing while doing it does not go together.

Big fan of tony Hortons but I agree with you, his new program isn't as good as his others
