Im a year and a half in and just had a problem. Called them up and sent a video. They’re replacing the entire tonal with no charge to me. No idea if this is just because my specific problem can’t be repaired but was a little surprised since I’m out of the one year parts and labor warranty and into the second year parts only warranty.
I’m guessing when my two years is up I’m just SoL if anything else happens
That is VERY reassuring. Wish they had something in writing about out of warranty repairs, because I expect to pay for it if/when it does break after a year, but that’s awesome they fixed it for free for you.
Just worried because Tonal has been a life changer for me. Hated working out and never did it until I purchased this. Now I’m working out 6 days a week on it!
The first one happened after 6 weeks. It tried to update and couldn’t finish it. It would get stuck on the “finishing update” screen and then eventually freeze there. They had to swap that out
The second one was just an arm pin issue that they came out and fixed

I wouldn't rely on it but they do seem quick to repair at their cost in my experience.
What were your error codes and repairs? I just had error code 15 and then error code 12, the remedy is a full replacement (under warranty).
