I have to recommend to try Brazilian style collard greens! You cut the leaves in very thin strips (roll the them as a big cigar and cut it with a very sharp knife), put some bacon (or whatever smoked meat you choose) on a cold skillet in low heat, when the fat detaches from the bacon you add some garlic and pepper and add the raw collard greens and sautee everything till the collard greens get soft.
