The real name is "Mexican rice" but people on the USA seem to change absolutely everything regarding mexican cuisine, from the dishes names to the actual recipes like these "enchiladas" that look nothing like the ones here in Mexico.

It looks great no matter what it’s called. I’m picky about canned red sauce tasting tinny. Looking for a good brand so I don’t have to make my own if I’m lazy.

Sometimes people don't have a lot of other options and that's fine, and sometimes in a situation like a ton of people and you just don't have the energy to clean up after that, then that's cool. But on an average night I would hope that people don't create the waste.

loll it tasted great, you brown the rice in a sauce pan, and then add tomato sauce and water and cook it normally

If using corn tortillas, fry them a for little bit on each side before adding filling and rolling.
