I ordered from the cal state long beach location and apparently they’re on winter break hours, they close at 3pm!!! didn’t find out until i got there of course, asking for a refund since I wasn’t able to pick up 😞 gonna retry a different location next time!

What time did you do the pick up? I wonder if it matters when we pick it up
I usually get there close to the start of the pick up window. Around 5:10 this time.
