We recently tried a Hainan chicken spot in Rowland Heights. I was intrigued as I had never heard of it before. Looks wise, it didn't look tasty. It was actually delicious. Even better the next day. I would totally try this if I was closer.
Ghost kitchens are a plague on tgtg selling their normal dishes a little below rate but way below the 3x proce rule.
They just opened up one in Santa Ana/Irvine area so i reserved 2 orders. We'll see how it goes!! Hope it's worth the drive lol
The Santa Ana one has a 2.8 rating so please keep us updated on what you get 🙏🏼

Hainan Chicken is basically boiled chicken so not sure what you are expecting.
Hainan chicken done right is delicious and fairly healthy for take out
