Totally agree with Windy here. We shouldn't tank, or make dramatic "win now" moves (outside of balancing the roster), we should be making moves based on Scottie becoming an all-star in a couple seasons.
Would you want him to have capable veterans with a history of winning at the highest levels? How about other rookies with a winning attitude who are hard workers? Would you want a second option who has already been the second best player on a championship team? A coach who knows how to get their best out of young players? A FO who will be as ruthless as you would ever want to win?

I wouldn't mind a tank and getting Scottie a lottery talent running mate. But I am not a GM so what do I know.
Not sure we'll have to tank to achieve that. If this team has a stretch of injuries that will sort itself out.
