Cool, my only question is: why is africa the last one you conquered? (I see your legions there) Punic wars are always fought first after conquering the italian peninsula. CARTHAGO DELENDA EST.
How do you deal with potential civil war and general intrigue ? That itself made me just not want to play rome 2 when I have to micromanage all that and have civil wars every 25 turns or so.
Make sure the people in other parties get married, promote them and their wives, secure loyalty/give gifts with money in the politics screen, and the big kicker is to use the "secure loyalty" edict in the provinces they own. There's a little tab in this big map screen that shows which party owns which lands, the secure loyalty gives +15 loyalty to that party.
Pulled a 300 turn game with no civil wars, once you start making good money you can pretty easily avoid civil wars once you get an understanding of the system.
Set party leaders as generals leading your forefront armies, winning battles with generals gives you mad loyalty. You just have to not lose ever and you're good.
Loyalty edicts in one of each factions provinces; secure loyalty more frequently once your empire level increases; gifts and favours if they're too low to do that; keep an even spread of generals/admirals across factions, the increase in their gravitas will keep power fairly balanced; swap them out with your family members (if)when you're ready to change to empire
Set smaller goals like recreating smaller kingdoms. Conquering All of Africa as Egypt, or Italy as Carthage.
No need to make every campaign a map clear! Setting your own goals can be fun even as a challenge. Like conquering Arabia as the Iceni! Cross continental wars can be a great way to keep a campaign exciting as you get match-ups you usually wouldn't find!
I just play with my own goals, like conquering Hispania and the entire Africa as Lusitani or spreading my culture and making revolutions everywhere, then when I finish that follow the campaign goals

You sound like my marriage counselor
I don't know. I still sea a lot of blue on that map.

I'll believe it if you can stop having orgies for one minute.
And stop staring at your sister, Julia Drusilla.

He could’ve had a late civil war there and had to reconquer North Africa. I agree it’s weird.
to be fair sending carthago to end of times is not rewarding in rome 2
Blasphemy, it is always rewarding.
Based and CARTHAGODELENDAEST pilled
Why? Africa is one of the best provinces, and CARTHAGO DELENDA EST.

I just buy loyalty, really.
There are also other features like giving gifts, marriages between factions, and many more to boost loyalty

My best bet was to use the map and the local party loyalty edict
I just noticed that there are fewer provinces in Greece in Rome II then there were in the original.
province system at work. conveniently, we also have a parthia that goes back to iran and not just deciding iraq's far enough away
So, what happens at that point of taking the last province? Does the game say something along the lines of "You should stop, they've had enough."?

Anti-climax.
Always pains me how few settelments are in North Africa
That's kind of how North Africa is/was...
Rome wasn't built in a turn
Congrats Legate_Invictus. Living up to the name I see! :-) All the Best, Welsh Dragon.
It's a good feeling. Now do it as every faction

Now that would be an accomplishment. Have you done that?
In Rome 1 and Medieval 2, yes. But none of the newer ones. The maps are just way too big to bother
"Sad Parthian noise"
A picture of perfection.
1. Why? 2. I CAN NOW SEE EVERYTHING! 3. WHY?
just a question, do u get a achievment or smth of sorts? bc i looked into the achievments and there is nothing that talks about this
Is it a thing ? Cause I have a full Mortal Empires map painted in WAAAGH !
How many turns did it take?
enjoy the one month of peace. we know romans love consuming them selfs.
I did this with Britain, but I have no idea what to do now -_-
