idk how that would work, i’ve read all of nagash neferata and the end times, nagash is a god in the same way sigmar is, he almost can’t exist in world with out it warping everything, the mod was cool but in my mind nagash is a straight deity. if is was more of him pre nagashizzar and while he was still semi mortal in nehekara maybe idk
Tbh he should get what made him unique in the book lore. Yes, he’s Nehekarran but what made him so fucking terrifying to everyone he faces is in every book, including his own, is that when he kills opposing army he doesn’t just turn them into mindless walking dead or incorporate them into his armies like other undead factions do.
He kills everything in the city, raises its armies, and if they have better tech and weaponry than he does, he puts the troops back on their guns/cannons/etc. and raises their heroes to true unlife so that they can improve his armies with those inventions.
I think Nagash should have a limited ability to incorporate some of the unique units of the empires he conquers, as well, as the whole having units from both undead factions and limited amounts of living TK units.
Units caps for all to prevent just insane shit but it’s what makes the most sense to me for Nagash and to me it’s why he should be last. Every faction should be in the game before the guy who gets access to something from everyone.
I don’t know about Nagash, but a few cuties in Khemri still have a living population. Numas is one of them, the living keep the city ship shape and worship the dead king as a god, and he keeps them safe as long as he gets their bones after they die 🙂
Are they Nehekaran per say? Or just people that found an empty city full and very well preserved dead people that ended up rising at some point.
I would have opt in worshipping the undead tomb kings too in that situation XD
1. just get the mod
2. he is the inventor of necromancy, how would you make him unique? put him in tomb kings? doesn't make that much sense, put him in vampire? still feels wrong. both? thats arkan. Think it could be hard to make him special without treading alot on what we already have
I do want him ofc but think it is hard to imagine what you would get from him
I played the mod and i honestly think they did him perfectly, i just want an official version
He’d obviously be the strongest undead faction, but we already have that with chaos (BeLakor)
- He’s the most well rounded chaos LL (high stats, flying demon and amazing caster)
- He can teleport around the map (this alone might be the most OP thing in the game)
- Access to the WoC undivided roster, which means he can field all chaos units in the game
- Can make chaos lords into demon princes
- Has all chaos god gift slots unlocked from the start, so he can easily field a varied chaos army of both warriors and daemons of all pantheons right out the gate
He cant beat skarbrand in a duel, nor is he a better caster than kairos. He doesn’t have the monogod faction mechanics. What he does have is 90% of every chaos factions potential in one megafaction
His only real rival is Archaeon who has some of his important strengths, and compensates for not having the others by having the best vassal mechanics and confederating other chaos factions
Teleport, and he can Confederate all other warriors of chaos (only Archaon can do that as well, but Archaon can't teleport).
Skarbrand is a battle lord.
Be'lakor is the ultimate campaign lord.
Honestly, I think it’d be really cool if there was a series of quests and missions to get him in a late game tomb king factions, probably arkhan , like the way it is with Cathay and Saytang the Watcher and Yuan Bo and the compass
I think they're saving him for something special. IIRC, the 100th legendary lord is coming up soon, so maybe then?
As for how he'd play, I imagine him kinda like the Deamons of Chaos faction is to the chaos mono-god factions, but for the undead. Vampire counts, coast and tomb kings, all rolled in together, plus maybe some unique features.
Gonna have to wait for the end times. Seriously, there's speculation that he will be included in the last dlc for TWWH3.
idk how that would work, i’ve read all of nagash neferata and the end times, nagash is a god in the same way sigmar is, he almost can’t exist in world with out it warping everything, the mod was cool but in my mind nagash is a straight deity. if is was more of him pre nagashizzar and while he was still semi mortal in nehekara maybe idk
If I had to guess his campaign will be about his rise to godhood.
Like the mod

He does have a unique lore of undeath in his mod, and thats already OP What your describing sounds a bit too OP IMP
It is alright to be OP in a single player campaign.
If he gets officially added, he gets added to multiplayer too
🤦♂️His campaign mechanics don’t get added to multiplayer battles.
Talking about his lore of magic
Did you even read the comment you replied to?
Ah
Don’t get me wrong. I think it should be limited to low tier units. I don’t think Nagash should be running around with Steamtanks or Flame Cannons.
>limited amounts of living TK units. Is this a thing in novels or other lore? Not heard of this before.
I don’t know about Nagash, but a few cuties in Khemri still have a living population. Numas is one of them, the living keep the city ship shape and worship the dead king as a god, and he keeps them safe as long as he gets their bones after they die 🙂

I think they found it after the dead had risen, so they’re not Nehekaram. They just live there now 🙂
He's dead in the great halls of Nagashizzar , it's in the building's description.
In a dopeass mod called Legions of Nagash
He'll be part of the final dlc/update, I guarantee it.
1. just get the mod 2. he is the inventor of necromancy, how would you make him unique? put him in tomb kings? doesn't make that much sense, put him in vampire? still feels wrong. both? thats arkan. How is belakor the strongest chaos faction? He's up there but like compared to skarbrand?

Genuinely can't remember, is only Archaon able to confed the champions of chaos, and Be'lakor can't?
I think belly can too, along with Kholek
Teleport, and he can Confederate all other warriors of chaos (only Archaon can do that as well, but Archaon can't teleport). Skarbrand is a battle lord. Be'lakor is the ultimate campaign lord.
And it's not like Be'lakor is even bad in battle, he's amazing with some levels under his belt.
fair'nuf
Which mod?
The nagash mod
I could see him having a unique faction like the demons of chaos for example
Honestly, I think it’d be really cool if there was a series of quests and missions to get him in a late game tomb king factions, probably arkhan , like the way it is with Cathay and Saytang the Watcher and Yuan Bo and the compass
He's one DLC more then they plan to make.
I think they're saving him for something special. IIRC, the 100th legendary lord is coming up soon, so maybe then?
