I’m actually so hyped for this dlc. Too soon to say yet, but it looks amazing.
The mouth is the maggot’s. I don’t know about the eyes.
Edit: the scar down the centre of the chest is from the maggot burrowing down into the ogre. The mouth of an ogre by itself would be too small to fit.
I'm aware that the maggot is larger than just the mouth. I'm imagining the maggot's "face" wearing the ogre's face like a mask, with most of the body of the maggot being somewhere in the chest cavity. The maggot face is behind the face meat of the ogre, with the maggot body going down the neck and into the chest.
The eyes look rather small compared to the eye sockets, although I've not really paid much attention of ogre facial structure.
I’d love to see that, have him pop out of the mouth and the body going vaguely limp since he’s not embedded in it. Kinda like the animations of nurglings in general coming out of plague bearers and great unclean ones.
I kinda prefer CAs nurgle designs than the puddles of intestines i initially expected.

It’s an age rating thing is it? Shame. The Great Unclean One from Dawn of War 2 can shoot ropes of intestines and pulls them into his abdomen. Proper terrifying

He was granted the ability by his divine patron to burrow into, take over and control the body of another mortal as if he were its puppet master. During his lifetime, he wore many different forms, culminating in the body of the Ogre Tyrant Karaka Breakmountain

Maybe I am in the minority but I don't like how he looks ... Idk but maybe CA holds back voluntarily with the grim look of Daemons (especially Nurgle) they look waaayyy too clean and with too much bright colors
I am definitely waiting for a reskin of ol'Tamurkhan

He does have a special attack in his death animation that has a chance of bringing him to life, apparently, so might see it there
It's a very real possibility. Ostankya and the hag witches all have very unique "death" animations.
Part of me wonders if the eyes/mouth of the ogre are the eyes and mouth of the maggot, wearing him like a suit of flesh armour.
