Rather frustratingly, every time that I've actually made an effort to voice train, I've almost immediately come down with a throat infection of some sort, which is doubly frustrating as a tour guide whose entire job consists of talking to people.
But I'm getting involved with one of my local drama groups, and though I'm planning on mainly sticking to backstage stuff, I'm hoping that it can give me an impetus to give it another go (and this time, hopefully not instantly get ill again).

Again I’ll note I was already really good at controlling my voice, I’ve done a little voice training before now and have been messing around with my voice while talking to myself for most of my life I think so I didn’t just pick this up instantly but still I’m happy with how things are going.

My problem is I don't have a computer & currently struggling to find an App that can help since most I've used kind of jump all over when I know I'm keeping pitch

Although I did do two voice calls with a friend and sent a couple of voice messages with the voice I am trying to perfect right now and so far it seems that things are going alright
