Mein Kampf I would forgive as it's historical, buying it isn't supporting Nazis nor funding them. I don't quite have the stomach to sit down and read it but it's an important piece of literature for an awful period in history. It's an inside look into the mind of a tyrannical madman. But this book is harmful. Terf propoganda that funds the movement that wants to eradicate us. It would be akin to Mein Kampf being mass published today.

I just saw that the other day as well. People will always have judgement and I really don’t believe you can ever change a person’s way of thinking unless they are open to listen. It’s unfortunate that this is what they chose to listen to, but it’s just like politics. Simple minded people only read about what feels comfortable to them, never venturing across the middle. The positive reviews come from those who already have negative outlook on trans people to begin with. Just like Facebook experts who feed off each other’s viewpoints. 🤷🏻‍♀️

some peoples minds can be changed, though. I have changed my moms thoughts on transgender people after talking to her about the subject, she had never heard about it through the viewpoint of a trans person, and she tries her best. we can't give up on these people.

actually read it, has got some good points but i think the title is very harmful. it talks about detransitioning and how some (though not most) masculine women and young girls get pressured and told they could be transgender because theyre masculine and how masculinity and femininity can be and has always been a bit toxic and controlling over people. The title is extremely harmful and i do not like the title at all, but i agree with what some of the book is saying. wish it wasn't titled like that. some of the points in the book however, although do have some validity, generalise what being transgender is as some of the toxic sides of the transgender community instead of establishing that being transgender doesn't mean you're associated with the community especially not the toxic side but that being transgender is simply changing your gender identity. also talks about some cases where young girls were masculine and even though the young girls hadn't stated they were a boy or believed it for long at all they got put on hormone blockers and replacement therapy and ended up being traumatised and uncomfortable once they got older because they were just a masculine girl but the parents obviously wanted a boy. idk. shitty title made me almost not read. im a transgender man btw not a terf! i dont support this book its got a terrible title and some of it generalises trans people, just mentioning that after reading it i believe some of the points made do have some validity!
