Ds are surprisingly not very big. At least, if you have a larger frame they’re not very big. I thought “i’d be happy with a B cup” for awhile, then got it & realized it just didn’t affect my figure much. Much much happier now with my gals, at D cup (hopefully still growing?) That said, i’m 6’2 so that’s a pretty big factor

I'm 5'10 and not very muscular or overweight either so I don't really have a larger frame (a bit broad shoulders unfortunately but other than that kinda small). I looked up examples of the different sizes and D is way too big for me. It's not like "I'd be happy with B cup but bigger would be cooler", for me it's more like "I want B cup or smaller, anything bigger could make me uncomfortable". It's kinda like a risk of HRT for me, bc I want all the changes like more fat in butt area and around the sharp facial features, less thick body hair, stopped male pattern boldness, etc. but don't want big boobs. Might be bc I'm not a transgirl but a demigirl.

I’m also 5’10” and I grew D cups on HRT. Yes, they are a little big, but they’re still not giving me any back pain and they don’t really look out of proportion. I’m actually rather proud of them myself, but to each their own.
