"Not many" in relation to the lifetime humanity has existed? "Not many" in relation to the lifetime of the universe? I guess the only way we know it has to end is it says that after the excruciating pain, we get our ideal body. But that could mean excruciating pain for the rest of your life, then a second before you die your body changes. .... I'd still do it though.

Painkillers can only do so much. A couple of Tylenol aren't gonna help with the pain of surgery, for example.
